 While wandering around the madness that is Folsom, I ran into Derek dancing in handcuffs.  The funny thing is, I didn't even notice the handcuffs when I was taking his photo.

Folsom was incredibly hot and crowded, but I managed to find a shady spot or two.  Chris Porter, Raging Stallion's "it" bottom boy, was nice enough to pose for me. Fingers crossed that he'll agree to pose for "Outside In" here at SF Public Nudity.  You can contact him here.
